Ingredients: 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup mozzoline cheese, plus more to taste (for extra cheesy flavor) 3/4 tsp kosher salt 1/3 cup olive oil 1 cup mojo pasta 1/8 cup water 3/8 tsp black pepper 2 garlic cloves, minced 1/16 tsp dried oregano, plus extra for garnish Directions: In a small bowl, combine the mozzolias and salt and pepper.
Add the olive oil, garlic, oreganos, and black pepper and stir to combine.
Pour the sauce into a bowl and sprinkle with the cheese mixture.
Pour into a large ziploc bag and seal.
Let it set for at least 24 hours.
Serve immediately.
